Exhibitor and Vendor Booths
Exhibitors and vendors will have access after 8:00 am to set up displays, tables, and presentation area. Exhibit space is a standard 10 ft. wide are by approximate 6 ft, deep. Display setup height is 10 ft. tall and generally there is no height limitation. Electrical outlets are available, but please let the event staff know of your special requirements. ?WiFi is available throughout the facility and is open for anyone to access.
The Exhibitor Hall will be open throughout the Ballot Initiative Workshop from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm. Exhibitors will have full access to all of the workshop sessions, the afternoon appetizer buffet, and the after-workshop social hour. Drinks will be available through out the event.
A limited amount of exhibitor spaces are still available for this event. Cannabis related businesses are encouraged to be a part of this historic Ballot Initiative Workshop.

MCIA’s Ballot Initiative Workshop will be held at the Gladstone Community Center. Our conference center is located in the northern suburbs of Kansas City, MO. We’re located just 15 minutes north from the Kansas City, MO Garment District via Hwy 169 N route.

Access for exhibitors for setup will be from 8:00 am throught 12:00 noon. The Community Centers has a rear parking lot and you will access the south door. Parking if free. Temporary parking is available at the entrance door and the exhibit hall is directly behind the entrance door.
All of the seminar rooms are located off of the main exhibit hall. Traffic flow in front of your exhibit space is guaranteed. Tear-down can start at the end of the Workshop, but be sure to take advantage of our popular after-workshop social hour to engage with our attendees.
Panels discussions, live presentations, and speaker sessions are all available for exhibitors to attend. We will cover the Free-Market economic model vs. a planned and controlled market. The Authors of a new free-market Initiative Petition will discuss the future of Adult-Use Cannabis in Missouri.
