The public is invited to attend the Missouri Cannabis Industry Association (MCIA) Spring 2019 Business Conference, CannaConSTL in St. Louis, Missouri. We’re planning a comprehensive industry conference to meet the needs of Missouri’s new medical marijuana (MMJ) industry. Department of Health & Senior Services Update

Amendment 2 became law by a two-thirds majority of Missouri voters on November 6, 2018. Article XVI amended Missouri’s constitution on December 6, 2018 and allows possession, cultivation, retail sales, manufacturing, testing and transport of legal medical marijuana.
